Lucia Light Sessions

Caleb is a certified practitioner of the Lucia Light, and guides participants through this integrative experience helping create an intentional set and setting. He offers optional pairing with sound healing and energy clearing from the Reiki (level 3) and Munay Ki healing traditions. Sessions allow participants to ask questions, feel comfortable and set intentions – in general this is an integration tool to help “connect the dots”, bringing mental clarity for enhanced life-perspective.

Seattle’s first public Lucia Light Studio

The Heart Center is proud to offer Seattle’s first and currently only space offering this unique modality. The Lucia Light was developed by Austrian researchers specializing in healing hypnosis, and the extraordinary benefits of the ‘white light’ phenomenon of near-death experiences. By creating a full-spectrum light driven by certain vibrational frequencies, researchers noticed participants were able quickly drop into and maintain an alpha brain-wave state. The Light can assist in “connecting the dots” of previous experiences, such as plant medicine, breathwork, interpersonal therapy, etc. Caleb believes that its not always about seeking new experiences, but finding connections and integration of previous experiences and learned information. The Lucia Light, along with Caleb’s included reflection sessions and creativity prompts, can be an excellent tool for integration.
